Hello!
Today, I’d like to share with you the most unconventional projects of my illustration career!

Tenement House (2010–2013) – Boxed Comic
I started drawing this project back in high school and completed the final panels during my first year of university. It consists of a set of hand-glued, hand-drawn “pockets” illustrated with fineliners and ink. These pockets can be pulled out in different directions, creating a nonlinear story.
The narrative follows a new tenant who moves into a mysterious tenement house and explores the property with its eccentric owner. The atmosphere was inspired by Courage the Cowardly Dog—a mix of light horror and absurdity.
This project was created purely for experimentation, allowing me to explore unconventional storytelling formats.

Tooth Fairy (2013) – Illustrated Wallpaper Project
I created this design in collaboration with the Tailor Made design studio. The wallpaper can be seen in a dental clinic in Warsaw.

Book Truck (2013) – Mobile Bookstore Project
A deep dive into this project can be found HERE
A project designed for Nasza Księgarnia publishing house, featuring a mobile bookstore. The concept was brought to life and can be spotted at various book-related events across Poland.

"Around the World" (2016) – Leporello Book
A deep dive into this project can be found HERE
A fold-out book illustrating the journey of two families traveling around the world—one from north to south, the other from east to west. When fully unfolded, the book stretches nearly 4 meters long.
The project was published by Nasza Księgarnia.

Time Machine (2018) – Modular Puzzle Toy
A deep dive into this project can be found HERE.
Time Machine is a puzzle and toy that serves as an excellent educational tool. By arranging the blocks, you can create a depiction of a city at six different historical moments from the past century. The city tells many stories, and the puzzle allows you to play with time, rotating the pieces to alter the course of events.
The illustrations depict a Polish city during various historical periods, capturing its atmosphere, fashion, mood, and people’s behavior. Time Machine can be a source of knowledge and inspiration for long discussions, appealing to people of all ages.
The puzzle consists of 77 cubic blocks (6x6x6 cm), a 5-minute hourglass, and an informational brochure. It allows you to assemble six images of the same city section, each representing a key moment in Poland's history.

"The Lost Island" (2019) – A Book with Dual Narratives
A deep dive into this project can be found HERE
An original book of mine featuring two parallel narratives set in different time periods. One follows a modern-day protagonist, while the other tells the story of a 19th-century explorer. Though separated by over a hundred years, both characters share the same setting.
The book is designed in the style of a journal—one part is a graphic diary of the contemporary protagonist, while the other consists of the explorer’s elegant notes.
Published by Nasza Księgarnia.

In the Land of Fairy Tales (2020) – Modular Puzzle Game
A deep dive into this project can be found HERE
A family game of observation, where players must find hidden objects on boards depicting 18 magical realms. The boards can be rearranged to form one large illustration, allowing for endless variations of the overall image.
This game is connected to In the Land of Legends.
The game was published by Muduko publishing house.

Kurzol (2022) – Hybrid Book Series
A bestselling series that combines comic and classic novel formats. I create the books in collaboration with Bogusław Janiszewski.
The series is published by Agora dla Dzieci.

Tropicielonauci is an interactive, paragraph-based comic, where the reader makes decisions that determine the protagonist's actions. Using the dedicated mobile app that accompanies the book, the reader scans QR codes and decodes hidden runes within the comic. This unlocks entries in a virtual compendium (similar to Wikipedia), providing deeper insights into the world portrayed in the book.
